'I visited Pip @ Lets hear it as I had a noticeable issue with my hearing. In particular my left ear was only working at about 20 percent clear hearing. On my first visit I met Pip who was friendly and professional. She explained the ear was seriously blocked and carefully started to give my ear’s a gentle clean. It became clear I would need a second visit as she felt I needed to soften a stubborn piece of wax that just did not want to come out. So on my second visit again she carefully cleaned my ear and managed to remove the last pieces. Thank you Pip, top job, my hearing is back to crystal clear'.

I cannot recommend Pip highly enough. From the get go it was a great service. Appointment booking was simple and easy. The location of the clinic was convenient and the room was clean and tidy. I recommended my mum visited Pip as well as she was struggling with her hearing. She had great service as well and did require the wax extraction. The results were fantastic as my mum felt like she could hear properly again. Would definitely recommend Pip to anyone with any hearing issues.
